Gould-Sherwood Consulting requests that business be conducted under a contractual basis, rather than strictly verbal agreements. We offer two types of service level agreements from which clients may choose. One service level agreement is for offices that would like GSC as their regular IT consultants, for continuous preventive maintenance on servers and desktops, as well as general support. Some other firms prefer to call on a case by case basis, as needed without any further commitment or maintenance needed.
All contracts need to be received by GSC before work is begun. Contracts are reviewed yearly.
Rates
Our rates vary per hour, depending on the work involved and contractual agreement.
